At Hope Ministries, we provide essential support to individuals and families facing food and housing insecurity in Moose Jaw. Whether it’s a warm meal, a safe place to escape extreme weather, or a friendly face during a difficult time, we are here to offer a helping hand.
Who We Help
We serve a wide range of individuals who are struggling to meet their basic needs, including:
- Seniors on fixed incomes facing loneliness and financial hardship.
- Hardworking families whose paychecks don’t stretch far enough to cover rent, food, and essentials.
- Individuals facing unemployment or underemployment who need temporary assistance.
- Those experiencing food and housing insecurity who require immediate support and a welcoming space.
What We Provide
We offer hot, nutritious meals and a warm, safe space for those in need. Our services include:
- Warming Centre at First Baptist Church: Tuesdays 11am - 1:30pm, Wednesdays 12-1:30pm, Thursdays 11am - 1:30pm, Fridays 11am - 1:30pm
- Lunches at First Baptist Church: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 12-1pm
July will include Mondays too - Supper at Salvation Army: Monday to Friday, 5-6pm switching to St. Aiden's parking lot July 1st
